Mystical resonance series

A special thanks to Gargi Chugh for her deep understanding & appreciation for my painting.
This series of work explores the enigmatic and transcendent nature of the universe. It was amazing to see how Aashok showed the daring use of water-based colours which is the perfect setting for the second element, which is the vertical line running from the top to bottom representing the cosmic. The blue and green colour palette with the clever use of perforation and puncturing of the paper within the composition adds to the ‘mysticism’ giving the paintings a surreal feel.
